VW ‘Jed’ Campervan

Jed is one of the family. She is comfortable cruising a long at 65mph, Jed has never not started in her life, and has been a home from home whilst touring with our young family. She is 32 years old - even though we know never to ask a camper van’s age - she has a few insy winsy rusty bits but, she she still turns heads. Jed is all you need for a memorable trip. Since buying Jed 3 years ago from a local chap, she has been to Scotland twice and we love going for day trips to the beach at Scarborough and weekends camping at Robin Hoods Bay. The children are now teenagers so too big for the bunk area in the roof and love sleeping in the awning compartment that happily sleeps 4 teenagers! The awning is super for extra space if you need it and although can take 20 minutes to put up, it's well worth the wait. It's a drive away awning too so you don't have to take it down when you want to go exploring further afield. The bed in the camper is super comfortable and there is nothing like waking up to the glorious outdoors. We can not fault Jed. We want others to enjoy her too, hence this listing.
There is a gas hob, fridge, running water, cd player, aux plug, kettle, toaster and some extra blankets for a chilly evening. All you could ask for and more!!The inventory is in the camper van and it is equipped with the basics. All you need is your bedding - sleeping bags and pillows and a tea towel.
